| For membership eligibility purposes, a fluid power distributor is: (1) any corporation, partnership or proprietorship operating as an independent distributor, and (2) who has contracts or agreements with manufacturers of fluid power components and systems for representation in a specific territory or area of primary responsibility, and (3) who has agreed to act as a distributor for products manufactured by one or more manufacturers of fluid power components and systems, and (4) maintains an inventory of six or more lines consisting of: (Check all that apply)

| Distributor Membership excludes cooperatives, buying offices and syndicates representing retailers, stock-carrying affiliates, drop shippers, brokers, commission agents, manufacturer’s representatives, sales agents, job lot dealers and second-hand dealers. Also excluded are distributors which are a subsidiary or affiliate of any manufacturer of fluid power components and systems where the sales of that manufacturer's equipment accounts for more than 49% of such distributor’s sales.

Membership Dues
|
| The dues year runs from January 1 - December 31. Dues and branch service fees are payable with application, and are renewable by January 1. New applicants will pay the prorated share of the annual dues plus full branch and application fee.
