Assessments

These assessments were developed by a special team of FPDA members and represent a consensus on what employees need to know to be successful in the industry.  For a detailed listing of competencies addressed by the assessments, see the link at the bottom of this page.

Assessments are available covering the following competencies:

• Hydraulic-Pneumatic
• Electro-Mechanical
• Automation
• Sales skills

Development of these assessments was carefully conducted in partnership with FPDA’s testing partner, the National Occupation & Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI), ensuring managers can be confident in both the testing process and resulting scores.

Pricing:

• $50 each
• $450 Pack of 10
• $175 for Combo Pack (includes all four assessments)

Rules:

• Assessment codes are good for 4 months from date they are assigned to an individual
• Assessments are completed on-line, and results will be sent to the requesting manager within 3 business days
• All assessment questions are multiple-choice, with only one correct answer per question
• Must be completed within 2 hours (no stopping and restarting)
• Candidates may reference any materials they choose during the assessment
