RG Group, headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, announced the achievement of ISO 9001:2008 certification for the 15 Flour Mill Road West location in February, 2012. RG Group successfully passed the audit of its quality management system by QMI™SAI Global. ISO certification is another way in which RG Group continues to strengthen the organization with a focus towards providing exceptional quality services to customers.
The ISO 9001:2008 standards are internationally recognized and used by service and manufacturing organizations to create a standardized QMS (quality management system) that is continuously evaluated to ensure conformity to the principles of quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Tribute has announced the addition of John Teahan to the Tribute staff. John will be taking on the mantle of Manager of Onsite Customer Service and Implementations. With 31 years of experience in th
e fluid power industry and work experience at Aberdeen Dynamics Supply and Ritter Engineering, John will be leading the customer implementation, training and consulting services team. His years of experience in the industry in a variety of positions, his dedication to organizational management and lean processes, and his knowledge of Tribute and TrulinX software make him the ideal leader of Tribute’s onsite customer service and implementation team.
