YES Mission: "To provide the future leaders of the fluid power industry with an educational forum for personal and professional growth.”

About YES: YES brings together young, corporate level executives, and strives to better prepare them for their future executive roles in the fluid power industry. The only requirements for membership are that you are an executive with corporate-level responsibilities, working for an FPDA member organization, and have not yet attained the age of 40. YES also sponsors presentations on a variety of topics in conjunction with the FPDA Annual and Fall Meetings, as well as telephone and Internet based training seminars.

Benefits of Membership: members have the opportunity to share information with industry peers and network for professional development by discussing similar management challenges and solutions with other young executives in the industry; to participate in YES-Sponsored educational programs designed specifically for professional development and advancement. There are no member fees or attendance requirements.

Tom D. Ralls Memorial Scholarship

In recognition of Tom Ralls' strong support of the ongoing professional development of industry executives, the Tom D. Ralls Memorial Scholarship will be awarded annually to an FPDA member-distributor representative to fund tuition costs for attendance at the University of Industrial Distribution, a cooperative program sponsored by FPDA and over 20 other industrial distribution trade associations. YES Advisory Board: The YES Advisory Board is responsible for planning programs and services for the Young Executives of the FPDA. The YES Chairperson is a voting member of the FPDA Board of Directors, and also participates in the steering and strategic planning functions for the association, ensuring that the needs and interests of tomorrow's industry leaders are met.
